Sometimes it is so easy to predict something

and I can say this simply based on my experience as a consumer

Microsoft is a huge ship that continues to run the vast majority of the world’s computers.

But it’s also a disaster without a name in managerial terms, a company that has stopped putting its consumers at the center, and a company that has simply lost control of its core processes.
